Self adhesive anticorrosion packing fabric

Indutex fabrics are for protecting metal components against corrosion during transport or storage.

This mouldable, self-adhesive barrier complex is extremely waterlight. The coefficients of water vapour transmission are of the order of 0,5 g/m2/24h at 90% relative humidity.

Suitable for the storage and transport of following products

• Parts and tools made from steel and iron
• Automtive components, engine, machine-tool components
• Pins and shaft, steel rollers, sprockets
• Hand tools, knives, scissors
• and evey other type of product made from metal wich is subject to corrosion

• cotton net
• polypropylene plastic film
• microcristalline petroleum wax

Specifications of Indutex fabrics

• Anticorrosive : the waxy contact and the intrinsic sealing properties of the fabric protect your products against corrosion.
• Proof against water, water vapour, gas and grease.
• Mouldable and self-adhesive : the pressure of the packer's hand is sufficient to provide cohesion between the item and the fabric.
• Easy to use : applying the fabric doesn't require any special skills, no tools are needed (no vacuum pump, plastic welding gun, etc..)
• Strong : the fabric resists perforation, tearing, traction, aging, - it retains its mechanical qualities over a long period of time.
• In conformity with standards NFH-00312 and MIL B 121 E Grade C
